How to Participate

The MRC will have its own “Shark Tank” VC funding program that will be streamed over the Internet on a weekly basis. This program will start roughly 6 to 8 months after the Coin Drop. The program will function as its own DAO (decentralized autonomous organization). The program will have three (3) levels of funders; Sharks, Piranhas, and Minnows.

Sharks

There will be 4 to 10 people at this level
They will represent themselves or investment funds
They will have access to financial details of projects beforehand
They must be able to invest up to $5,000,000 in any single project

Piranhas

There will be 50 to 200 people at this level in a studio audience behind the Sharks
They will represent themselves or investment funds
They will have access to some financial details of projects
They must be able to invest up to $5,000 in any single project
They will be considered “Accredited Investors”

Minnows

They will tune into the program remotely over PC’s or smart phones
They will not have access to financial details beforehand
They will only represent themselves
They may only invest up to $100 on any one project
They fall under the “Jobs Act of 2012”
